The property itself is very good, however checking in and is very stressful too many documents to sign and the host asks for a video call so he can let you in which i feel is not professional. The cleaning fee is non refundable & $100 extra for every guest when the limit is 4. Save yourself the stress, go somewhere else.

When we got there the place had a sewer gas smell, the fire alarm intermittently chirped, the double glass shower had only one glass sliding panel and there was a gaping hole in the shower's supply pipe. Otherwise, the place was clean and would have been comfortable.

The condo was clean and gave us the privacy we needed after a long day on a busy beach. Andrew was very helpful during the process and made it as easy as possible. I would definitely stay again.

All I’ll say is pay attention. Get ready to cash app some random person to complete your reservation (they will also collect your deposit) and if you never say anything they won’t send you the deposit back unless you actually call and ask for it back. Also felt like any dealings I had with the host I was being treated like a 2 year old. Is the place nice? Absolutely. Will you enjoy your night in it? Sure. But we had an absolute head ache trying to figure out what’s going the entire time. OH YA! Be prepared to sign a 7 or 10 page DocuSign contract in order to even get into the place. So overall. Just find somewhere easier and much more customer friendly.

First of all none of all the tv in master bedroom didn’t work. There were dead spiders and roaches on floor and coming out everyday. The worst was when I was getting into bed I noticed that the sheets were unmade and worst of all very dirty!!! I reached out to Expedia since property doesn’t have front desk person but no help was offered! I was just told that manager would call, which never happened!! I was forced to stay in filthy property. Property didn’t have laundry detergent nor extra bed sheets so I had to go out to look for laundry detergent to wash sheets! No one had any due to covid so spent entire day looking for some. Awful horrible experience!!!!!!

I booked and paid for one night thru vrbo what I thought were all the fees. The day of arrival I contacted the office. I was told that they could not find my information. So I contacted the owner to get instructions on how to access the condo. He told me I still had to pay a cleaning fee, resort fee, and a deposit. When he asked me about how many people were staying at the condo I told him that there were 2 adults and 5 kids. He said I had to pay an extra person fee per night. Good thing we were only there for one night. The website states that this condo sleeps eight. He sent a PayPal invoice for all the additional fees. He said that before we proceeded I needed to pay for the additional fees. Not wanting to lose what I had already paid I went ahead and paid the rest. I checked the listing before booking to see if there were any additional fees, and did not see a thing. So be very cautious when booking this condo be prepared to have surprise fees. He also sent me a contract that I needed to sign prior to having access to condo. Condo was okay but not worth the excessive fees nor the headache that the condo owner put my family thru. Contract states that it could take up to 30 day to get my deposit and that’s exactly how long it took to see my deposit. So, I decided to google him and found out that this is his mode of operation. I’m not the 1st person he has done this to and I assume not the last either. Sorry but I couldn’t mention his name or fees because VRBO does not allow me to include that in the review

SO MANY ISSUES! I have never had to sign a separate rental agreement AFTER I paid the for the reservation - 2 nights for $853. Also, had to pay NUMEROUS additional fees "at the hotel" - Deposit: $250, cleaning: $90, resort fee: $25/night. When I booked the reservation, the fees were listed as follows: Room price: $817.84, 2 nights: $349.50 avg./night Taxes & fees: $118.84 Hotel Fees (Paid at hotel) $140.00 Subtotal: $853.84 When I reached out to get the check-in information, I was FORCED to sign an agreement since I had already paid over $850. I then ended up paying another $390. Once Andrew Vantine received my PayPal payment, he was "unavailable" for HOURS!!! I was finally able to reach him once I was at the condo. THEN AND ONLY THEN would he give me the code for the door. BEFORE he would give me the code, I had to stand in front of his doorbell camera so he could see me! This is AFTER I'd paid him over $1200! The agreement was RIDICULOUS!! Charges for SAND in the condo. HELLO!!! THERE'S A BEACH!!! WIFI: listing stated it was included, gave me a password, but not the network. Could not get wifi until I contacted him repeatedly. RESORT FEE was a joke. There's a pool. AND the SMELL, definitely septic issues! REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT due after 30 days? I had to reach out to him AFTER 30 days, to get it back. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!

No nos pudieron cobrar en el lugar, cosa que expedia nunca menciono, querian que lo hicieramos via paypal que no se nos dijo hasta dos horas antes de llegar (yo manejando en carretera). Cobran una tarifa exagerada por limpieza por un dia de hospedaje la cual pensaba pagar pero en el lugar llegando y como no aceptan tarjeta de credito/ debito ni efectivo no me podian dar el check in. Expedia inutilmente hizo algo porque se cancelara y mejor nos quedamos en otro lado aun y cuando ya estaba pagada mi estancia en ese lugar. Pesimo servicio.

Nice hotel close to beach

It was a beautiful condo. Somewhere to relax and unwind, it was just amazing. I felt incredibly comfortable and happy with my stay. I would most definitely stay there again in the near future.
