Nice place, near heart of the town. Walkable and plenty of dining options around. Close by to many Lake Tahoe attractions. They also offer discounts at many water adventure activities and discounted entry at beach

Decent motel with breakfast. Rooms were medium-small and 2 queen beds take most of the room. Bathroom did not have a lock on it. Quite close to Tahoe village which was very convenient. Staff was cordial and friendly

Entire property/ rooms old and run down. Poorly maintained. Bathroom clean and mattresses ok. I would never recommend this property. Pool out of service for second year at least, and no attempt obvious to restore function. I was shocked to see rating of “excellent “ online and disappointed when I arrived.

Three night stay during a road trip. Decent budget motel. Room was comfortable & clean and we slept well, there was very little noise. Breakfast was limited but fine, instant oats, juice, choice of bagels, tea coffee etc. Staff friendly & helpful. I would stay here again.
