Short 2 block walk to the Gondola. Nice walk down to the lake and many good food options within a short walk. The room was just what I was looking for, very basic and no extras but it was clean. Only negatives were the heat was a little finicky, didn't always seem to work then when it did it was too hot and i would recommend an upstairs unit as you could hear people moving around in the unit above.

Surrounded by tall pines and fresh mountain air, it has that classic lodge charm while still feeling comfortable and well cared for. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was relaxed and inviting. One of my favorite parts was how peaceful the property felt that you could actually hear the wind in the trees, which made mornings and evenings especially calming.

The staff were all very nice. We had issues with the first room we received. It smelt terrible, old and felt dirty. The second room was nicer, but still had stains on sheets, bathroom was dirty and still had a dirty feel to it. This location needs lots of TLC, but location was excellent.
