"Basic room but it has all that you need when you just want a room to sleep in and shower in. There was a mini bar fridge, tv, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, kettle, tv, all the basics. Bar and restaurant down stairs. Location is great, shops and restaurants on your doorstep, short walk to the night markets. A few more blocks but easy walk to the botanical gardens. Lovely staff"

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Novotel Queenstown Lakeside overall. The room was cared for daily with clean towels(if needed) and bed made. The hotel itself is situated at the edge of the lake by a wonderful botanical garden. The staff was welcoming and helpful. We didn't need to interact with desk help much after check-in. definitely a great recommendation for staying in Queenstown."

"Location is great, a few minutes to the airport with the hotel free airport shuttle. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. My son and I ordered room service food and it was a robot room service delivery. That was cool. We enjoyed our one night stay at the hotel. Audrey Davies New Zealand"

"This would have to be one of the best hotels i have ever stayed in by way of price, location and amenities. I was a solo traveller in a studio room. It was spotlessly clean, very spacious and had a kitchenette with microwave, toaster, kettle, sink and cutlery and crockery to be self sufficient. And all located directly opposite the magnificent botanical gardens and the river, the art gallery and a short walk to the main restaurant precint, riverside market and main CBD. And a little balcony as well. The price is so affordable, there is a restaurant on site and i was able to store my luggage until i could check in. Would stay here again in a heartbeat."
