"Booked a king bed for the night, got 2 queens instead. When asking the staff about it she had a small attitude and said that the kings were booked. 3 different websites stated the king I booked was the last one. She didn’t ask if that was alright, or attempt to fix the situation."

He asked routinely if we were satisfied with our stay, showing he was invested in the guests. Very clean, quiet, comfortable lodging at a fair price. "This was an okay stay on our way across the top of the country for one night with our dogs. It was nice that the pet fee was only a one time $20 fee, but I thought it was strange I could only pay for it with cash? Our room was okay - it was roomy, the AC was nice and cold, and the bed was fresh and clean. The floors had not been mopped as there was dirt and pet hair on the floor and the flat surfaces had some water rings that hadn’t been wiped away. It looked like they had recently...
