"-Some staff members were amazing (the Assistant General Manager who moved us to a more quiet room at night, the lovely breakfast and bar employees, the nice airport shuttle driver, the nice employee who brought us the infant crib) and some employees were not great (the front desk ladies who communicated very poorly about the airport shuttle pickup time, which turned out to be 40 minutes, not 15 minutes; and another curt front desk male employee who was abrasive for no reason).
-The hotel room was perfectly decent and very clean; but only because it's old, the carpet felt a bit dirty, like it should be replaced throughout the hotel rooms.
