The staff was excellent. The room was approx. 15' x 9' which was cramped for the furniture in it and neglected. Only one ceiling light for entire room with 1 switch at the entry door. Clothes rack with no hangers. 1 dirty Ironing board with iron. 1 King bed. 1 night stand with one outlet on wall. Walls were dirty. Chipping paint on bathroom door that does not open all the way because it hits the table with a microwave on it.

Staff allowed me to clock in early. Which was greatly appreciated. My only complaint was that I was laying down and a man claiming he was room service tried to come in to my room. I did not request any room service. I made a huge fuss and he ran out. Unfortunately I checked out that morning. Every other time they have zero complaints from me.

Had a really nice stay. Was really only here to sleep each night, as we spent most of our time in NYC. Motel was perfect. There's a bus stop right outside the property which takes you directly to the city. Will definitely stay here again.

First room was very dirty. Hair on sheets. Stains and dust on floor. AC unit was very dirty. We were offered a second room. After seeing second room we decided to stay and clean it ourselves. No drawer bottoms in chest of drawers. Don't stay here Travelodge should be ashamed to have their name on this hotel.

The whole section of the motel was neglected. There was garbage on the sidewalk of the whole section. The door handle was hard to use They room looked like no one ever gave it any thought I got this room for my brother. This room nearly brought me to tears. If it weren't for the late hour, I would have found another place I have been using Hotels.com for a long time and this has never happened before. However, if it happens again I may never use Hotels.com again I was appalled!

Not even a blanket

Needed a room to stay overnight on business trip. Wasn't looking for anything fancy or expensive, just a place to sleep and shower the next morning. Check-in was good. However, the bed only had 2 postage stamp sized pillows and just a duvet cover on it. There was no top sheet or blanket. Froze my butt off! Very uncomfortable. There was hair and mold in the shower and the room had several holes through the walls and tiles. If you stay here, bring your own pillows and blankets

The room smelled like fish and smoke When I asked to be moved the guy said he cannot move me. In his face expression I can tell he just didn’t care and was lazy. Then my son asked for some spray and he also said he doesn’t have any. Very disgusting smell and customer service.
