"I had such a wonderful stay at Lancaster Tamar Hotel! The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff were absolutely amazing—friendly, helpful, and attentive to every detail. The location is also very convenient, making it easy to get around and access everything nearby. What I loved most was the hospitality. I truly felt spoiled and so well taken care of during my stay. The staff made me feel like a valued guest and made the experience warm and memorable. One little suggestion… some renovation and updating wouldn’t hurt 😉. But overall, I had a lovely experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!"

"The property is beautiful, with charming traditional stone houses and very tasteful design throughout. However, a few details were disappointing: the safe can only be activated by calling the security team, the wardrobe drawers are purely decorative and cannot be used to store clothes, and only one room key is provided, even for two guests. The main area requiring improvement is the service. Although the staff are polite, they are not particularly helpful or responsive and often fail to call back when assistance is requested."
