"Terrible. Awful. Avoid. The room was filthy dirty. Dust everywhere, carpets were dirty, windows were dirty, room was like something from the 90s, bathroom tiles cracked and chipped, bed was terrible (old mattress and lumpy pillows), room was noisy (noisy plumbing, could hear everything from the room above including them using the toilet), we hardly got any sleep, tv didnt work (maintenance came to the room but was unable to fix the tv), room service food wasnt great and very expensive (£44 for two mediocre burgers and chips). The only plus point is the walking distance to the airport and the shower was hot. I will never stay here again, hotel management should be ashamed. 0 out of 10."

"Staff very helpful. Rooms are nice. The health club i.e. gym, swimming pool, spa facilities are inclusive with stay. Paid Parking available on site. So stay was amazing. Downsides- location is far from city centre. So have to drive or take taxi. Driving js tricky in Glasgow due to weird bus lanes increasing risk of tickets. Secondly, we could hear noises from floor abive or adjacent rooms, probably we were unlucky to be surrounded by non-considerate kids. "

"Room was nice. Duvets where nice and heavy but crinkly so woke often. The bathroom fan was constant. Location was ok. Staff nice and helpful. Stayed in other Apex hotels but this one is basic and depending on next trip might stay again."

"A very warm welcome by all staff. Room was spotless and had good products in the bathroom. Had a drink in the bar and again staff were excellent. Used the spa in the mornjng and it was stunning, very relaxing. Breakfast was excellent and a good range of options. A very enjoyable stay for our anniversary. "
