"Easy access to Buchanan bus station and Glasgow Queen and Central Station. Restaurants nearby. Staff was great except one worker who rolled her eyes when we asked about the three day room cleaning service. Otherwise, everyone was nice and helpful."

I would like to give special thanks to Rachel and Rob who provided very professional assistance to me during a medical emergency. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and we will definately be looking to return when attending events at the Glasgow Arena in the future."
