"I had a child in the next room that was nonstop for over 5 hours. I asked to move my room, and I felt that the woman who was working the night shift was completely unsympathetic to my situation. I was speaking to someone else, and she injected herself into our conversation. I would only want people to know that this is a hotel that caters to families, that is ok. I just don't need the manager stating that my needs are also not important."

"This place was amazing! So clean! The breakfast was great! The pool and all other facilities (including laundry) were well maintained! The place was sound proofed well because we barely heard anyone! "

"Room is good. I especially like the part that the exterior door is thick so you won’t hear the noise from the hallway. However, we got an A/C problem two days in a row which interrupted our sleep greatly. After the first night, hotel stuff promised to take a look then the same problem happened on the second night. Eventually, we complained when we checked out and they promised one night refund. Well, it didn’t happen until we contact Expedia after several unsuccessful attempts to the hotel. Won’t live here again"

"I was pleasantly surprised how nice my motel experience was. The front desk gentleman was very kind and helpful. He made me feel like a queen. I was on the 2nd floor. When we had a rain downpour the noise was quite loud from the ceiling so if you are a light sleeper that could bother you. "
