"It was extremely disappointing that the air conditioning was not able to be controlled by the thermostat in the room. It is controlled by the hotel. They sent someone from maintenance to try and lower the temperature and brought us a fan, but it was very uncomfortable and will definitely not be staying there ever again! I don’t believe it was stated anywhere about this. I would have not booked this hotel!"

"They have a $35 early check in. They had rooms ready but they forced guests to waste time in the lobby. Makes zero sense."

"Room was fine. Employees were not that friendly and the man at the front desk in the morning was actually rude. Likely will not stay again due to his lack of customer service. Breakfast was lacking especially because they ran out of waffle batter at 8:30 and refused to put more out because breakfast ends at 9. "

"If “the property” was clean is a VERY broad spectrum in a hotel- so I felt that was unfair (to the hotel) question. I had some concerns, but they were addressed immediately and I was very satisfied overall. The STAFF (including my waitress this morning) is EXCELLENT and very friendly. I would recommend this hotel."

"Overpriced hotel. Entryway door was loud screeching noise like it was about to break. Check-in staff didn’t inform us we needed to use room key to access elevator floors and sign in the elevator wasn’t very prominent. Shower water pressure was crappy and hot water was lukewarm. "
