"Nice front desk workers, clean rooms, had a problem with our tv being slow but other than that everything was good"

"We weren’t in town for any good reasons, just for family in the hospital, but this hotel and its staff made our stay in Sioux Falls so much better. Everyone was so friendly and smiling when we passed them in the halls and at the front desk. The pool and hot tub were very clean, as was the whole hotel. The breakfast bar was definitely one of the best we have had at a regular hotel and the staff wrote fun notes on the yogurt cups and banana peels; there were also smily faces on the oranges. Overall, the vibe was exactly the positive energy we needed during this stay :)"

"Room and facility appeared clean. Did not visit the pool or gym or use laundry facility. Note - when upon checking out after 5 day stay, notices several bug bites, though I did not see culprits in the room. "

"The lack of transparency about the parking situation was a big letdown. The lot is very small and the alternative is an open air ramp across the street. "
