「Very disappointed with our stay. When we arrived, their credit card system was down, so we couldn’t pay by card. The air conditioning in our room never cooled, even after several hours, and there were no other rooms available. The pool also had many missing tiles, so we didn’t feel comfortable using it. We had to leave that same night because the room was too hot to sleep in. The owner refused to issue a full refund and only returned half of what we paid. I would not recommend staying here.」

「Vayan preparados con mucho repelente , son carpas con una cama , luz y ventilador, hace mucho calor, las duchas son de agua salada y los baños están afuera y compartidos, lo bueno es que uno despierta en la playa y el restaurante tiene buena comida. Reservamos el tour a la isla de las aguilas VIP, éramos solo dos personas y nos llevaron muchísima comida hasta la playa, pero nos tocaron dos de las langostas que estaban pasadas . La atención excelente .」

Mais cela n’était pas très important. - Le vrai problème cet hôtel était la communication. Si vous ne parlez pas espagnol couramment, à éviter totalement. La personne à l’accueil ne fait aucun effort pour parler lentement l’espagnol et ne parle pas du tout l’anglais. On se débrouille avec Google translate mais c’est fatiguant et on ne peut pas le faire en...
