"We managed to park outside which was great very useful. We got there a little bit early but Diane at the reception desk was fantastic. We got all booked in up in the room off to adventure in the Docklands. The room was lovely and tidy. Very neat everything that you needed very warm had to open the window but all the staff were fantastic. Breakfast was great. Would definitely stay there again I think they’re a fantastic location and absolutely brilliant staff. Thanks for a wonderful day Cliff. "

"Staff were friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean and comfortable but we had a sea view room and the window was draughty maming the room cold. Turning up the heating didn't warm the room. Food is excellent. Great location and highly recommend this hotel."
