Independent South Canberra hotels

"Great family stay. Large rooms, large bathroom. Comfortable beds with range of pillow choices. Easy parking either underground or outdoors within the hotel complex for larger 4wd’s. Free use of washer/dryers (which is very handy). Breakfast was delicious. Bar/Lounge area was great to relax and play games during happy hour. Quiet within the hotel, but slight road noise from our room, not enough to wake/bother us. Overall, would stay here again when we visit Canberra. "

"This is a good hotel for Canberra. It is walking distance to landmarks like Parliament House and a short walk to shopping and restaurants. This property is a motel style accomodation and is not luxurious. However, it is clean and comfortable. It is reasonably priced. There is an onsite self-serve laundry, which is convenient. "

"Old building but well maintained, openable window is good to have some fresh air in the room but central aircon which is hard to set room temperature as u want. Close to tram station and walkable to Dickson where tons of shops and restaurants are there."
