"The property had not been cleaned when I arrived - and I had to go to the asda to get cleaning supplies and I even borrowed a vacuum cleaner from a neighbour. The sofa was the worst and I found a sheet to cover it so I could sit on it. I left the property 100% better than when I found it but they charged me £40 for the stains on the sofa! And then ignored my message when I explained the flat was terrible when I arrived! "
