「This was a one night stopover on a budget. Unfortunately I wasn't able to visit the raptors but from what I could see I missed out. Check in was later than expected but I received a text with the details on how to get my room key from the safe box. Room was comfortable and clean and the kitchenette was well equipped. A bowl for cereal would have been useful. The room was a short walk to the car park, and some additional lighting, especially over the room door would be useful.」

「When I got to my room, it was not ready, no bed linen or towels. This is most unusual, anyway, the staff were on it straight away and before too long I was in a prepared room. While to done this might not be the most positive review, these things happen and things do get missed. It's how it all gets sorted that matters. 」

「The location is really convenient, the hotel offers nice food and drinks..etc. I do enjoy it except the shower room is not easy to use, and there’s no washing tablets offered, the dryer doesn’t really work as the clothes was wet after drying hours. 」

「在過去多年的出遊，我們都喜歡住在這類的房子去感受當地之生活，可是，這一次的住宿實在是讓我們感到太失望了。（1）在入住前，我們沒有收到入住方法之電郵，最後是到到大樓門口用電話才能聯繫上，然後才拿到入住方法；（2）我們一共訂了5天的入住，可是浴室裡之清潔用品只夠兩人1天的使用；（3）因為回香港的飛機是訂了在下午6點，而還房之時間是早上10點正，在我們要求把行李寄存或延遲退房至中午12點正時，對方說我們必須付上每小時30英鎊共60英鎊才可以；（4）在炎熱的夏天裡，房間是沒有空調但就連風扇也沒有，因此嚴重影響了好幾天之睡眠素質；（5）因為大樓旁邊是車路和行人道，所以，在我們已經入睡的晚上常會被那些醉酒人士的大聲說話或喊叫噪醒。」
