「I had an excellent experience. The landlord, Qin, was very enthusiastic and helpful in solving our problems. The property I stayed in was located on the first floor, right next to the reception. The room wasn’t very big but was cozy and warm. It had a bathtub with plenty of hot water available. 「Nice accommodation in York in residential area, far from train station but nice walking along the old city walls. Hotel check in via phone but everything in easy mode. Room is nice and tidy, comfortable beds and room conditions except the shower facilities, some minor issues on the shower head holder but not affecting our stay. It is recommended if you don’t mind walking about 20mins from station. 」

「This hotel & Spa is absolutely amazing, the staff were so attentive to our needs, I had booked this hotel for a treat for my family which they so enjoyed, the grounds are beautiful and the food is cooked from the best quality, yes, the spa is not huge when you compare this to other spa facilities but this gives this hotel spa the advantage of giving you space to enjoy the spa experience, would I travel to this hotel again, most definitely, worth every penny.」
