「Breakfast was good」

「Our room had a moldy, musty smell....Our sinuses were a mess by morning and we barely got any sleep. The air conditioning didn't work very well and the fridge didn't either. The bathroom counter was all chipped up and the furniture in our suite was dirty and worn.」

「Both the kickback meal and breakfast were excellent and saved us money by not having to eat out. The extra perks of unlimited soda and popcorn make the money spent on our room an even better value. Our room was clean and comfortable and the location was perfect for checking out the area. We would definitely stay here again if in Iowa city area in the future.」

「During my 2 wks biz trip, here is the best one I stayed with. Comfortable bed and pillow let me can sleep over night. Delicious and various breakfast made me impressed. There is a small suggestion that I did highly appreciated the staff came to pick us up in raining day, but my suitcase is broken due to it didn't be put well while we are in shuttle bus. 「A Good Hotel」

「Guest should not have to pay for parking. This is a nice hotel and it is expensive, having to pay for parking is an insult.」

「My flight didn't get in until 8:30 pm. When I called the motel, I was informed they stop doing shuttles at 5 pm. I had to pay for a taxi at $25 to go 4 miles to get from the airport to the motel. Pretty unhappy about the lack of a shuttle when this has never been an issue anywhere else I've stayed near an airport.」
