"I really liked this little budget hotel. It is in a fantastic location in Kolkata within walking distance of all kinds of coffee shops, restaurants, and shops. Staff are friendly and courteous. They have a cute little cafe attached to the hotel that had great food and was always busy. All day breakfast plates were especially good. It is basic, but clean. Great value for money! Would definitely stay here again. "

It’s 2025 if someone books online through Expedia, why should we have to call to “confirm” anything? That alone was ridiculous. To make things worse, after going back and forth, the manager suddenly claimed there was no reservation on their system and that “Expedia doesn’t work with their property.” If that’s true, then why is the listing even on Expedia?...
