Rooms are old, property needs renovation...the most annoying part is the music by the pool that travels to the rooms...the base literally shaking the walls... there are people like me who enjoy calm and silence... food selection was nit much but the food definitely good.

Old hotel deserve only 2 stars not 4 . I booked 3 rooms Rooms ( the room had broken furnitures and the door frames were rotting) In addition, inside the room the bedding and sheets were dirty with blood. The restaurant was not monitored at all..there was no surveillance by the staff. There were many people serving the food with their hands.i forwarded this feedback to management and people on standby but there was no response. They did not provide a key for the safebox in the room either, I could not protect the valuables I had in my room. The all in exclusive was disappointing, the drinks were served in small cups and none of the cold food was stored properly.

The food was terrible nearly the same food everyday Food wasn't keep it hot as should be when its served Even coffe just warm. It was a virus around as some children were very ill including my child with a diarrhea and fevers and could be a food poison or something to do with the pool as we heard from another costumers. My adivice is to avoid this hotel

The worst stay ever Personnel was so rude. It is a Motel and not a hotel. Food is a disaster. I feel like robbed, not worth the price$$$ at all. Trust me I spent more than 70 nights in hotels this year and this is by far the worst among them. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND SUCH A MOTEL TO ANY ONE. MY ADVICE IF YOUR READING THIS. Die Unterkunft ist runtergekommen, alles was im Zimmer ist ist beschädigt oder schmutzig, Schimmel Geruch,Hygienisch null. Wir haben 3 mal das Zimmer gewechselt und eine war schlimmer als die andere. Dieses Hotel verdient kein Stern und der Preis ist überteuert,30€ die Nacht wäre akzeptabel Auch die Steuer wird hier doppelt kassiert. Anscheint kassiert der Direktor nur Geld und hat keine Interessen wie sich die Gäste wohlfühlen. Ich möchte mein Geld zurück

Superbe vacance

Excellent rapport qualité/prix, 128 euros pour 3 nuits dans une chambre avec balcon vu sur la mer et piscine. Personnel très accueillant et bienveillant. La proximité de l'hôtel en pleine ville est un gros avantage pour faire balade, resto ou achat à pied. Pas maniaque du ménage mais ça reste propre. Très belle expérience globalement pour un premier séjour en solo hors de France 🙂

Là piscine est envahie par d’enfants des 16h00 jusqu’à 18h00 ils font des cours de natation (la piscine ferme à 18h00 Les chambres ne sont pas nettoyer tout les jours et les serviettes ne sont ramassées que tout les 2 jours Le petit déjeuner n’est pas à volonté on ne peut même pas Demander un verre d’eau L’hôtel ce fait vieux une rénovation ne serré pas de trop

Not satisfied with our stay at this hotel. If you're planning to stay at this hotel, please read the following points before you make your decision! * Stains everywhere. Stains on the walls, stains on the bed, stains on the balcony, stains on the tub. * Leaking air conditioner. The air conditioner is located in the hall of the room and it leaks. This means that every minute 2 waterdrops fall down on you or on the carpet. The carpet is therefore always wet in the hall which leads to mold. * The carpet is old and torn apart at various places in the room. * During our stay the whole 3rd and 4rd level of the hotel had a technical error concerning the passes to the rooms. This means that no one had access to their rooms and everytime had to walk back to the reception to request assistence to open the room. This is especially annoying after a long day outside. The problem lasted several days. * The (free) food in the restaurant is satisfactory, but the place is way too crowded. This means long lines for everything and leads to people cheating their way to the front of the line. The amount of people also means that there is way too much noise, mainly coming from children running everywhere. * Much more negative points, but I've reached the word limit. Expedia and the hotel itself mention that it is a 4 star hotel. The 4 star rating was given in 2005 - over 14 years ago! This is very misleading, because there was clearly minimal - to none maintainance done during this time.

They should try to renovate the carpet from the floor. It was old, dirty and smeeling bad. The AC on the room is faling water from ceiling. The cloose the pool for private swimming class. The brekfast wasn't bad. No wifi on the room
