We stay here a lot so know that the outdoor pool isn’t open in winter but worth mentioning for others visiting first time. Only downfall this time was that the indoor pool wasn’t open this time during our stay 」

「Transportation is a real problem given the hotel is pretty far away from the downtown. Check in was very inefficient and I had to wait for over 30 mins without being right instructed, staff just gave me a wrist band then asked me to sit and wait that’s it. And there’s unpleasant smelling from the water pipe of toilet. Overall the experience is not great.」

「L'hôtel est magnifique. Notre séjour se passait bien jusqu'à la dernière nuitée où on s'est rendu compte qu'il manquait une bouteille de whiskey dans notre chambre. On est parti réclamé à la réception et comme par magie la bouteille,vide bien évidemment, est apparue dans le couloir. Une promesse d'enquête nous a été faite par l'administration. Affaire à suivre...」
