"Tout était parfait dans l’ensemble et j’ai apprécié mon séjour. Toutefois, j ’ai rencontré un petit problème concernant le fer à repasser. Je l’ai demandé à deux ou trois reprises, mais je ne l’ai reçu que trois jours plus tard. Même à ce moment-là, j’ai dû refaire la demande auprès de la réception pour la planche qui va avec de l’hôtel. La femme de ménage Saadia ainsi que sa responsable étaient pourtant au courant de ma demande. C’est dommage, car avec un meilleur suivi de la part du personnel, ce petit problème aurait pu être réglé rapidement. Mis à part cela, tout était très bien."

"The hotel was beautiful, the views from the rooms were beautiful. Staff were very nice and helpful. Room service was very easy to order. The only downfall was that every time we went out, while coming in our bags were checked. Its the hotel rule, no food and drinks from outside. You can only order from the hotel. I have travelled to many countries but never had my bags checked at the entry. I found this to be very rude, checking peoples private property. Apart from the hotel was absolutely beautiful and in front of the beach."

"Lovely hotel, rooms very big and spacious. We stayed in a suite with 2 adults and 2 children (20 & 18), more than enough room, 2 bedrooms and lounge area. Food lovely, nightclub and night entertainment. Lots of sun loungers, never struggled. Would recommend :)"
