「Right on the main street, the Kasbah was a good basic choice. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. All the necessary stores are right at the doorstep. A restful night in Nkob.」

「We arrived in the evening and woke up to a beautiful view of the Dades Valley! The staff were very helpful and made our stay even better. So glad hubby picked Palm Dades!」

O tempo passou e nada....

「A very special place. We love staying in Moroccan Kasbahs and our 3 nights in Kasbah 123 Soleil were wonderful. Thank you to all the staff who made us have such a memorable time. ❤️」

「The staff were so very helpful. I came down with food poisoning the day we arrived (not caused by this hotel). The staff were so kind and offering advice. They told us where the local pharmacy was. The food was very good, I did have dinner the first night and it was one of the best meals we had in Morocco. I did not eat breakfast the next morning due to coming down with food poisoning, but my travel companions stated it was delicious. The rooms were absolutely adorable and the balcony was...

「Absolutely incredible beyond any comprehension, and I invest in luxury hotels globally! The owner Ismail designed, engineered and built the property to a level of unbelievable specifications, unmatched creativity and supreme quality. He also gives tours, works the front desk and serves meals with kindness and care. The entire staff including his three brothers follow in his footsteps when it comes to delivery long impeccable and sophisticated, yet humble and embracing hospitality. Truly a rare...

「We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help. They genuinely cared about making sure every guest had a great experience. The hotel was spotless, and our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout our stay. The team was attentive to our needs and responded quickly to any questions we had. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and excellent service. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend...

「everything was clean and beautiful」

「Excellent location and nice staff but the lodge itself fell short. It’s not an eco lodge more a shabby-chic hotel in the desert. There is ZERO internet or cell access so be aware. One thing that was really annoying was the loud music late into evening, as if every guest wants that!? It basically doesn’t know what it wants to be, no credibility as a peaceful eco retreat and not lux enough for a longer stay. Worth a night or two as the location is amazing but not more than that.」

「The female reception staff was rude, unkind and not helpful; This was my tenth time in Marokko and my worst experience; I will never recommend a Riu hotel to my friends. However, staff at dinner time was friendly, as was the male reception staff.」
