Great potential when totally finished

Half the hotel had been refurbished and just reopened, but unfortunately we had an un-refurbished room, although clean, the bathroom was below standard with broken taps and shower. The staff were very apologetic and advised these were scheduled to be up graded. The rest of the facilities at the hotel were very good as were the staff. Once the hotel is fully functioning this will a lovely place to stay.

La chambre et le personnel ainsi que le petit déjeuner sont très bien, la proximité des chemins de randonnée est également appréciable. Par contre dommage que le sauna était hors service et la piscine beaucoup trop chlorée il n'y a pas de ventilation.

Déçus nous aviez demandé à ce que nos serviettes soient changer on les a mises dans le bac à douche comme demandé et on les a retrouvé accroché sur nos vêtements alors qu’elles été mouillées Et les tasses que l’on a utilisées de la chambre N’ont pas été changées Par contre Restaurant succulent et petits déjeuners au top

Sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel .Sehr gute Betten und ruhige Lage. Frühstück OK vielleicht ein Spiegel oder Rührei mal ab und zu. Schwimmbad reicht für eine kurze Erfrischung nach einer Tour .Vielleicht ein paar Liegen mehr im freien. Parkplätze reichlich vorhanden und eine Garage für das Rad auch. Nach Soulzmatt zur Show 1,6 Km mit dem Rad. Wunderbares Erlebnis dort einige Stunden zu verbringen .Auch dort einige gute Lokale direkt an der Straße. Im Hotel war leider an unseren ersten 2 Tagen alles schon reserviert .

Pour un petit weekend en couple avec le chien, c'était parfait. Nous avions une chambre avec vue sur la foret qui nous a apporté de la fraîcheur dans ce weekend de canicule. Le restaurant était très bon et la piscine très agréable. Plusieurs circuits de randonnée entoure l'hôtel et Soultzmatt à proximité est très joli à visité. Ne pas se fier à l'aspect vétuste de l'éxterieur de l'hôtel, à l'intérieur les chambres sont neuves et très agréables (matelas des lits un peu trop mous pour mon dos, mais ça c'est au gout de chacun). Bref : une vrai petite pépite pour faire une pause à 1h30 de Strasbourg
