「The room is immaculate, but the customer service needs work, plus some of the rooms’ TV’s aren’t operational. I had to shift to another room, and although I managed to get another room, when I needed to fix the door to the patio and the room, I didn’t get urgent service, and I had to wait 8 hours until the room change.」

「On the plus side the air conditioner was fully functional and needed as it was hot during my stay in the summer. On the other hand, the hotel and room are dated. It does have a small pool and outdoor dining area. However, in my room, several items including cabinets, mirrors and walls room were broken, old, or damaged. Also, the food was good.
