Too many stairs and it's not good for people with disabilities. They do have ramps for the wheelchairs but not everywhere. Everything is too far and you always need a shuttle bus that you have to wait for.

Towels was not able to pick up till 9 am, not able to change wet to dry one during a day, because the quantity is limited Poor quality shows/entertainment. Power outage almost every day WiFi in room doesn't work, not able to connect

Xeliter Green One Playa Dorada
The room was clean and modern and had all the amenities of a kitchenette. The property had a huge pool and its own beach club which was very nice, the staff were friendly and helpful. The whole property still has construction going on, it didn't bother us at all and we didn't hear it from the room. ...
