Wonderful views. Shuttle to Sorrento was useful. Excellent service and breakfast. Everything was great except my wife couldn’t breathe very well in the room as there was an overwhelming perfume/scent in the bed linens.

I won’t stay anywhere else

Antonella and Giuseppe were so welcoming and helpful. The property is a little oasis outside the city. Our room had a view of Mt. Vesuvius. I was so surprised at the quality of the hotel food that I chose to order a second night instead of going out. I hope to return!

Wonderful boutique hotel

I have been around the world several times & I rank this hotel the best I have ever been to. The owners are fabulous people and cater to your every whim. We ate on the balcony one night and it was the best gnocchi I have ever eaten next to my Italian grandmother. Stay here if you can & you will not be sorry😃

This place is amazing! It is beautifully decorated, with many “romantic” touches. We loved our balcony with the view. Very quiet. Breakfast was delicious. We had several meals there, food is wonderful. Hosts were lovely. It’s a drive into town so you have to pre plan your day but hosts offer free shuttles to town. Highly recommend!

We had a beautiful stay at the Romantic Relais Sorrento. First and foremost, the staff is amazing! They reached out to me before our trip with activity suggestions, dinner menus, offers to help arrange transportation. The rooms are immaculately clean and beautifully designed. Unfortunately there was rain during our trip and if we weren’t flying home early the next morning we would have extended our stay. The breakfasts and dinners were delicious and they were able to accommodate my food allergies (celiac). We will definitely be back!

The BEST place to stay in Sorrento. My husband and I celebrated part of our Honeymoon in Sorrento and during our time we stayed at Romantic Relais. It was perfection. The rooms are modern, quiet, super clean, and spacious. We woke up every morning to a perfect view of Mount Vesuvius. The rooms are so great but the best thing about this resort is Antonella and Giuseppe. They are truly the kindest and warmest hosts and they pour their heart and soul into this place. The food at their restaurant is absolutely incredible and made with so much love. Make sure to try Giuseppe’s homemade limoncello!! We ate at the restaurant for dinner three times during our stay and it was the best food (and food presentation) we had our entire trip. We ate lobster pasta, amazing gnocchi, lemon risotto, etc. just to name a few. We also ate complimentary breakfast here every morning and had so many of Antonella’s homemade confections. Absolutely delicious! They have a super convenient shuttle service to get to downtown Sorrento as well and are so helpful in coordinating things - from airport transfers to boat tours, etc. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Such a gem of a place with incredible hosts!

Fabulous stay in Sorrento

We had a fabulous stay at Romantic Relais and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to Sorrento! Antonella and Guiseppe are fabulous hosts and think of everything. They are so kind and welcoming. There is a shuttle service several times throughout the day to get to the town square which is about 8-10 minutes away. If you need to go at other times, they will help arrange it. One of our tours was canceled last minute due to weather and Antonella helped find another great option. Antonella is also a fabulous cook! The dinner menu has lots of great options and was some of the best food we had in Italy. The view from our room’s terrace was so beautiful! The atmosphere is relaxing and everything was so clean. We loved our stay and hope to return. Romantic Relais definitely deserves all the “10” ratings it has received

Beautiful experience

Antonella and Giuseppe, who are the owners of Romantic Relais Hotel are one of the hardest working people we've came across. They ensured to help whenever they can and they are very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. Antonella tries to get to know the guests and understand their needs and greets us when we arrive. She also makes fresh bakery and food for breakfast. Giuseppe on the other hand is plesant to deal with and efficient. He is also very multi skilled and manage to balance tasks effectively. The hotel itself is very clean, and looking at how the room is presented, it gives a vibe that alot of thought have been put to the layout of the room to make it feel more home-ly. The bed quality, the furniture, the decoration shows this. It is also one of the cleanest hotel we've been to. Antonella shows great gratitude to her guests, always gives a warm smile with great communication. She also ensured that we were not hungry before travelling to the airport very early in the morning and offered us breakfast to takeaway. Giuseppe ensured that we had the breakfast the next morning and waved us bye. If Antonella and Giuseppe are reading this comment, we'd like to thank you both for making our experience beautiful 😊

AMAZING, can't wait to return. If you're spending time in or near Sorrento, maybe before or after the Amalfi Coast...this is the hotel for you - period, full stop. The rooms are great, the staff is great, the breakfast is perfect, the free shuttle to and from town is a great service.
