A very comfortable good quality eco friendly hotel in an excellent location. Easy short walk to a large choice of restaurants bars and shops. All the staff were excellent and helpful. Lots of sunbeds placed in different areas of the hotel giving lots of choice and no need to rush to place towels on sunbeds. The buffet breakfast was plentiful fresh and lots of options. front of house Michael was always very welcoming and cheerful every morning. The rooms and rest of the hotel were kept very clean. Lots of art on display made it feel like living in an art gallery - loved that 👍 Only downside was the weak WiFi around the hotel. But then it meant we could totally switch off and relax. We went mid September. The weather was great and hardly any children made it a very peaceful stay. Loved the buggy ride to reception to spare tired legs after a day sightseeing

I have never seen more unhappy and unsmiley staff. I asked to get lunch during the day, the restaurant staff told me to go to pool bar and then the pool bar staff told me to go back to restaurant? I felt helpless, felt like the staff wasnt happy to serve me... I finally was able to get a pizza by another unhappy staff member

This hotel was a gem in the heart of Sorrento! When they said there was free breakfast, I’m never interested in it usually because it lacks quality normally and choice. However, THIS free breakfast was INCREDIBLE had so many choices from just fruit and yogurt to omelettes, homemade bread, sausage, bacon, and the list goes on and on! I was very impressed with the breakfast and the amenities and the hotel staff was so kind and welcoming! FANTASTIC❣️

The walls are very thin so I could hear the noises and conversions from the people in the room next door. I would have loved to have facial wash cloths in the room, as well as facial tissues. Maid did not replenish the coffee or tea packages, not once.
