A 5+ star, wonderful stay at Emily Suites. Lovely, responsive owner Emily and nicely decorated room with a great walk-in shower and balcony. No need for a car here; I walked everywhere. Good dining options for lunch and dinner located very close by or a short (10-15 minute) walk away. A memorable and delightful time .

Our room was clean and comfortable. We met Emily and her Mother, extremely nice women. Emily communicated quickly with me through Expedia and also WhatsApp. Car parking was available which was a bonus in this area. Not too far walking distance from Piazzo Tasso and Marina Grande. The only thing missing was a coffee machine!

Never again a booking of any type with Expedia, for over a month now you have ignored my pleads for handling a booking mistake that happened due to your software's glitch! You owe a refund of 143Euros to my account. Your AI system is navigable to report a severe problem. No staff at any avail to provide essential, put out fires service. Phone numbers don't work, and or are unattended. Please provide an understanding that you are not a scam site that collects money and than disappears with no trace. As it stands that is state of your provided affair here. I am asking for a full refund of 143Euros to reestablish faith in your establishment. Respectfully, Wolfgang Bitzer

Loved our 3 day stay!

Excellent from the start! The room was perfect and in a great location. Very comfortable with plenty of room for a couple. Emily is extremely thoughtful and helpful. She booked a tour of the Amalfi coast which was amazing. And breakfast each day was wonderful! We hope to come back!!

Beautiful room in Sorrento!

If you're staying in Sorrento as home base for the Amalfi Coast, consider Emily Suites. Emily was a wonderful host. She allowed us to check in early and even upgraded our room for free. The rooms are on the fifth floor of the building so take the elevator if you got a lot of luggage. Breakfast is wheeled to your room so you don't even need to get out of bed, besides getting the door. The bathroom is new and the shower is very fancy. The windows even have automatic shades. Slightly expensive but this is across the whole Amalfi Coast. Stay here!

We stayed here for 4 nights but never met Emily which i found very disappointing. We never were checked in as we arrived at 12.00 at night therefore we stayed 2 nights before we realised there were shutters on the windows after being awake from 5 because it was so bright. Elena was called in when we needed help with trip booking and Tatiana was great serving us breakfast
