We had a wonderful experience with the 6 nights visiting family in Brazil. The hotel is spotless, beautiful decorated and the breakfast was totally amazing. Very friendly service. We will definitely come back. Thank you for the excellent service.

I had higher expectations for this place. Perhaps I was unlucky to get a room that was not super clean and definitely needs some maintenance. Small details like mold in the shower, dirty walls, peeling wallpaper, torn sheets, my towels had a musty odor. I never got the TV to work except for Netflix. I had a king size bed with two small pillows. It looked odd and motel-like. Why can't a 4 star hotel have pillows for a king size bed? The property itself is nice and is in a safe and good location. There's a nice mall across the street, staff was nice and kind as well.

I needed to type up some work in the evening but the room was very gloomy due to poor lighting. I had to work in the main hotel lobby. Also there was a kettle and teabags in the room but no coffee. I asked for some but they do not provide coffee in the rooms which I could not understand given that I was in Brazil who are a major coffee producer!!!

Não recomendo. Tudo gira em torno de redução de custos, afetando negativamente a experiência do hóspede. Por ex: aparentemente é impossível entrar em contato direto com a recepção (ligando de fora), pois te mandam para uma central de atendimento, e mesmo qdo transferem para o hotel, ninguém atende. Não tem funcionários suficiente. O quarto não tem UMA porta USB para carregar celular.
