O atendimento foi espetacular, as acomodações são atuais e bem conservadas. Tudo o staff é super bem treinado, dos atendentes aos monitores. No restaurante, não tivemos problema algum com mesa nem atendimento. Comida variada e deliciosa. Local animado para quem assim quiser e sossegado para que procura sossego. Agrada à todos.

Passamos o feriado em família, 2 adultos e 2 crianças de 3 e 1 ano. O hotel é novo, bem conservado, atendentes são super atenciosos. A Gastronomia é o ponto alto!! Muitas opções e de excelente qualidade!!! Além disso tem geladeira de bebidas espalhadas por todo hotel, e com opções premium!! O hotel possui muita opção de diversão, tanto para crianças quanto para avulto! A recreação é outro serviço incrível, nosso filho de 3 anos adorou. Para quem têm neném, tem muita infraestrutura, baby center em diversos lugares e super bem abastecido (esterilizador, liquidificador etc), o berço é bom, eles disponibilizam banheira e grades para cama. Eles também preparam a papinha do bebê se for pedido!! Em resumo, foi sensacional!!

É um bom resort, mas esperava mais

O Mavsa é um bom hotel, mas confesso que esperava mais. A comida é boa, bebidas também. Limpeza dos quartos deixa muito a desejar, em relação ao serviço e ao horário. Piscinas sujas de folhas e bichos. Muitas folhas. Recreação infantil achei mediana. Pessoal educado e atencioso.

Excelente hotel, arquitetura muito bonita, quarto espaçoso, boa comida e bebida, porém acho que o preço da diária inviabiliza a hospedagem no resort. Por ter ido durante a semana, algumas atrações não estavam disponíveis, o hotel estava com poucos hóspedes, poderiam baixar o preço durante a semana, já que focam as atrações nos finais de semana. Colchão era muito mole, precisam melhorar a qualidade dos colchões, recomendo atração no palco da piscina, faltou animação. Não teve shows a noite, inclusive no bar The Phill e no restaurante. O monitoramento das crianças não me agradou, não encontrava-mos os monitores no hotel, não passavam na piscina pra chamar as crianças, confuso esse serviço, tanto para minha filha de 3 anos quanto para meu filho de 13

O hotel é excepcional. Unico ponto que eu talvez reveria é o horario do checkout. Na minha opiniao o horari o deveria ser em torno das 14h e nao 12h. Porem mesmo com o checkout as 12h, é permitido usufruir do resort ate as 15h. Pena que nao é possivel voltar pro quarto para tomar banho antes de ir embora.

Maravilhoso como sempre porém com novas regras

Eu e minha família íamos com muita frequência ao Mavsa, porém estamos morando fora do país de depois de 2 anos conseguimos retornar para o lugar que adoramos. Fomos durante a semana e estava tudo perfeito, haviam muitas opções de pratos mesmo com poucos hóspedes e a comida estava saborosíssima. Havia entretenimento para adultos e crianças. O único inconveniente foi que chegamos às 14:30 e no check in, nos deram uma pulseira vermelha, pois segundo a recepção o nosso quarto não estava disponível ( o hotel estava vazio) e neste intervalo por poderíamos consumir nada! Tivemos que voltar as 16:00 para trocar a pulseira e aí sim poder aproveitar o resort. Fico me perguntando o que eles ganham fazendo isso? 1 água ( meu filho estava com sede) ou talvez 2 cervejas? Concordo que eles devam ter regras para entradas “antecipadas”, mas quando viajamos com crianças, nem sempre chegaremos no horário certo do check in. No meu ver isso é uma “ economia” porca.

Excelente! Estava com expectativa maior devido ao valor e comentários, porém o hotel é muito bom! O ponto mais fraco é a cidade dos sonhos, brinquedos velhos e de frente para um paredão. Recreação boa, minhas filhas adoraram! De forma geral é uma viagem muito agradável!

Decepcionante…

Esperava bem mais, o hotel inclusive tem uma ótima reputação, fui com uma expectativa alta e me decepcionei. Não há um bom preparo para atender as crianças nos dias de chuva, as fotos divulgadas não reproduzem a verdade, a área de jogos está bem precária e muito mal cuidada. O all inclusive deixa mto a desejar, porque nos intervalos as opções são extremamente limitadas, onde se oferece muita fritura e quase nada que alimente. Os quartos também precisam de manutenção e a qualidade da água é questionável, você sai do banho cheirando a cloro, além de parecer que tem um óleo junto, chega a ser difícil de explicar, mas mesmo sem usar sabonete a pele fica sebosa e escorregadia. Pelo preço esperava algo muito melhor… Uma pena!
