However, I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious and comfortable the hotel was. The staff were also very helpful throughout my stay. The hotel was very conveniently located outside of Odori station exit 8 or a short 7-10 min walk from the main Sapporo station (you can walk the underground tunnel directly to the hotel or walk on street level). The staff were amazing. Super helpful, always cheery, and very patient. "
