「Excellent hotel with a fantastic view. Staff all very polite. Few minor issues: water by the pool should be free / there should be a water dispenser; guests should be able to borrow an iron (never been to a hotel where this wasn’t possible); staff don’t understand the concept of ice coffee which we found strange. 「A lovely hotel just 200m from the edge of Lake Garda. Excellent views from the room, we had chairs and sun loungers to enjoy all day. The pool was peaceful and not over crowded, always able to get beds, and complimentary towels. The room wasn’t very big, but enough space for us to relax. It was very clean and tidied each day.
