「Very welcoming and friendly staff. They did everything they could to make it an enjoyable stay for me. Goran was incredibly kind and made sure I got some dinner when I arrived late one evening. The hotel is in a beautiful setting in a quiet little town up the mountain. Would definitely stay there again. 」

「Beautiful hotel, very welcoming and professional, smiling staff. The room was huge and beautiful, with a sauna on the HUGE balcony! Wow… the only thing I would change is the mattress, it could have been so much sweeter with a memory foam mattress… but no necessarily uncomfortable… Also, pay attention to the office hours of the front desk, after a certain time of day, you cannot reach anyone at the front desk. Just be aware. Otherwise, I highly recommend this lovely place! 」

「Booked this property last minute for three nights to do a bit of late-season skiing. The location is ideal - central Flachau for the bars and restaurants and a few minutes walk to the ski lift. A particular benefit was the wellness area - pool, three different saunas, and a lovely warm and quiet relaxation area to chill after a day on the slopes. 」

「Das Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen völlig übertroffen. Parkplatz ist inkludiert. Das Essen ist absolut großartig und von sehr guter Qualität. Das ganze Personal super freundlich. Hunde sind herzlichst willkommen. Hatte an einem Tag nur geregnet, doch das Sportangebot im Hotel hat uns den ganzen Tag beschäftigt. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle sehr sehr bald wieder vorbei. ☺️」

「Wonderful apartment. However be careful booking ‘premium apartment’ as we booked the 1356 sq ft apartment and were given keys for the 700 sq ft apartment. No staff on duty when we arrived so spent first night in smaller apartment, which was very disappointing as we only had 3 nights and had driven for 2 days to get there. Otherwise highly recommend 」
