"Elegant hotel with high-touch service in all areas. Room was stunningly well appointed and spacious. Bathroom elegant and all modern. Service team could not have been more kind. We felt cared for. Breakfast buffet robust and tasty with espresso drinks to order. Perfect hotel experience. Would have loved bathrobes and someplace to put luggage. "

"They messed up our booking. I had to wait 2 hours in the middle of night to check in with my family. Major issue: an inch wide rock in food delivered to room. I won’t recommend this place to anyone. "

" This is the worst hotel I have stayed in recent months. Right from entering gate to check-out, there were multiple instances that point staff is poorly trained: 1. I get down from taxi and about to enter hotel when doorman signals me to get my small backpack scanned. He signalled me in a manner I would call my pet or toddler son 2. I enter lobby, I politely stand in queue behind the check-in desk as all 3 desks were occupied. A staff walks up to asking me to sit in waiting area. When I state that I am fine standing, she asked me to get behind another visitor. Very next moment, couple of (non-Indian looking) gentlemen walk in and the same lady asks for their passports and got them into another queue ahead of me. Thanks for making me feel like second class citizen in my own country 3. My parents and I were put in rooms on different floors so we swapped one key to get access to each other’s floors. Next morning, I am not able to access my parent’s floor. I go to security—she doesn’t have access key(strange!). I go to front desk, they rewrite key, I walk up to elevator and the key is still not working. I walk to front desk again—I reconfirm that key will work this time. I walk to elevator and guess what it doesn’t work again. I lost 15 minutes in this ordeal. I walk to front desk again and the guy gives me 4 keys this time Many more such issues through my stay My recommendation - avoid this place at all cost. Suggestion to hotel - train your staff better"

"it is perhaps a great property for weddings and family events where noise and chaos are standard features of the day. I came to spend one night as my race venue was 15 minutes away, room had mosquitoes, water bottles were missing, AC did not work and yes the pillows were perfect for people who weigh a ton !"

"Clean room, had problem getting hot water. Considering it was a suite, amenities were sub standard. Pool water was cold Staff were very helpful. Reception staff exceptionally good."

"Spa excellent. Check in very very slow and even though 4.30pm they could not allocate us a room. No tap beer in the bar and only two beer selections . Have stayed here many times and this time underwhelming . "
