We stayed for two nights and appreciated the hotel’s sea view and convenient location—just a 15-minute drive from Jeju Airport and close to many tourist attractions. The room was spacious and comfortable. However, we had a disappointing experience with the front desk staff on our departure day. We had an early morning flight, and the staff offered to book a taxi for us, assuring it would take around 10 minutes. Unfortunately, after more than 30 minutes of waiting, no taxi arrived, and we had to arrange an Uber ourselves. This delay caused unnecessary stress and nearly made us miss our flight. Additionally, communication was challenging due to the staff’s limited English proficiency, which made resolving the situation even more difficult. We hope the hotel can improve its service reliability and staff training to better support international guests.

the hotel itself is great, but it's too many CN tourists staying here which makes the atmosphere a bit uncomfortable.

隔音有點差，電梯要等很久，但房間十分整潔

吹風機有負離子功能更好。淋浴間沒有徹底乾濕分離不太方便。其他都很好👍，住得開心。
