This hotel is nice but has the potential to be very good indeed. Location, rooms , facilities are lovely and lunch service is excellent. Bar service is good with very friendly and attentive staff. Our only slight issues revolved around breakfast service where service was slow, food although ordered to table was cold when served and on one occasion my breakfast order never arrived. The standard continental breakfast selection was good but the lack of good hot cooked breakfast did not help. I would stay again but would definitely raise my concerns if the breakfast service had not improved.

Unfortunately, our stay at Pula Suites was incredibly disappointing. Upon our arrival, check in kept on changing, despite the booking saying 1pm. Once we had checked in, we were taken to a room which was not the room we booked - it was a much cheaper option. We were not informed of this until we arrived at our room and knew it wasn’t the one we booked. Upon informing the hotel staff, they said the room we booked was no longer available for 2 nights out of our stay. We were not informed of this at check in. No alternative option was offered until we requested a different room. We did end up being moved the next day, however the whole ordeal and lack of good customer service definitely left a sour taste in our mouths and was not a strong start to the holiday. Once we were in our new room, it was only cleaned once. The bins were never changed and we had ants all over the bins and coffee area. When it came to the bill at the end of our stay, drinks had been added on which we hadn’t ordered. We had to request numerous times for these to be removed. They were also very reluctant to allow the Expedia VIP benefits to be used. Overall, I would not recommend Pula Suites. “Five Star” seems very misleading. Please save your money and go elsewhere.

Beautiful resort - So happy to have found Pula!

We were so happy to have found Pula Resort. Everything about it was absolutely amazing - The staff, the food, the tennis courts, the access to golf. We were happy to have had a car and free parking. The room was very big and wonderful. We hope to be back again one day.

Pula Suites is a quiet haven with good sized suite rooms. The Pool area is really spacious and very well laid out. The pool bar does great food with a spacious dining area. The breakfast is good quality with a nice outside patio for dining with plenty of shade. The only downside is that the bar and top end dining option, S'Oronella are a little soulless...

This was our second stay at Pula Suites and it was as fantastic as the first time we holidayed there. Our room, terrace, food, staff, facilities were all first class. The only down side was that the spa was closed for the 4 days we were there but I'm sure I'll be able to sample the facilities when we go again! We celebrated our wedding anniversary on Wednesday and the staff presented us with a bottle of bubbly which was a lovely thought. All of the staff couldn't be more helpful. They were genuinely friendly, professional and efficient. If you are looking for a quiet resort with fantastic facilities and a fabulous choice of food/drinks, etc, then Pula Suites will not disappoint. I would thoroughly recommend.
