「I booked this place for a family member and he spoke to the person prior to arrival. Once arrived at the location the person stopped answering the phone. This was last Friday 3/20/26 and now today they attempted to remove money from my account which they were declined because I used my Cash App card. This place is a scam and thank God I didn’t use my bank card.」

「Pretty dirty. The guy was nice but the room was awful and smelled like smoke. Everything was gross, + in a dingy basement. Sorry to be harsh. I would say anyone apart from me would not be okay staying there」

「Super sketchy, shared space, bad area, not even close to worth the price. Immediately left upon arrival. Took me to a different place than what I had booked on hotels.com. Stay away」

「The name Divine Villa & Resorts is very misleading, there’s nothing divine or resort like about this place. If you’re booking this for the cheap price, just know that you’ll get what you pay for. The owner is responsive and seems to be doing his best, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet our expectations. The location, in particular, was a big letdown, we honestly felt unsafe and uncomfortable also it's about an hour to new york city. Would not recommend unless you're fully aware of what you're...
