"Everything was perfect except charging us for water on dinner table while having free bottles of water in the rooms!!! They stopped charging us for water after we complained , but not sure if the rules were changed for everyone"

"Staff is extremely friendly."

"Much better than average in Hurghada"

"Good hotel to spend your vacation"

"Amazing Staff very helpful"

"We loved the property and staff was very friendly. But the shower in our executive room with private pool was so clogged - it flooded the entire room . It seems it wasn’t cleaned or fixed for a long time before us. Also food in restaurants with à la carte menu was not very good. Avocado salad was not edible, for example. But overall, we had a pleasant stay and staff was lovely."

"Excellent staff, quite place to relax, l"

"They keep property clean all time, room can have minor issues of cleaning a few days but towels sheets are change daily, they change water bottle also. Rooms a little dated but not extreme. All personal really do an effort to solve any problem. Food besides being a buffette and all inclusive is good with fresh cook dishes every night"

"We had a wonderful stay overall. The rooms was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Special thanks to the front desk team, who were incredibly welcoming, professional, and went out of their way to make our family feel at home from the moment we arrived. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!"

"It's our second visit there & we will definitely go back. All staff members are professional and very welcoming. They always go above & beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as it can be."

"Title: Appalling Experience – Unsafe, Unhygienic & Completely Misleading My stay at Kaktus Somabay was a disaster from the moment I checked in on November 27, 2025. The first room was covered in thick dust, to the extent that my new iPad cover became damaged within minutes. When I reported it, management responded with denial and disrespect, insisting it “did not happen here.” Their attitude alone was unacceptable. After being moved three times, every room had the same unhygienic dust problem....

"Serenity resort is an amazing Place to stay in. Here everything were perfect: service, hospitality, amusement, entertainment, room quality, … everything We were there as a family and all of us enjoyed alot"

"Great hospitality and friendly staff Very welcoming place Clean rooms with very high standard of service Very helpful reception staff especially Mr Amr who were very helpful in check in/out. Great variety of arabian food especially the fayrooz restaurant. Safe for the kids Lovely sea and large pools This is my second time here and I am sure that it won't be the last."

"The property is spacious, clean and well maintained. Variety of food and of good quality. There are only two washroom locations at the beach, the beach is wide."

"Everything was excellent"

"Except for the staff, everything else is terrible specially food, pool hygiene and the fact that u need to reserve the beach one day ahead! Also, no beach for guests on their arrival day!"
