"The room was beautiful, well kept as well as the pool. the beach was lovely as well as the communal pools and areas. i felt as though the all inclusive was mainly limited to 3meals a day and drinks whereas snacks were really lacking. What ruined my experience at this hotel was the staff. I was constantly harassed by the male staff particularly one. i didn’t even feel safe raising the issue with anyone as every single one had been inappropriate with me at that point and it seemed very normalised. It got to the point where i would rather stay in my room and not even go to meals as if was extremely distressing. One particular staff member would even continuously come to my room after finding out which room i was staying in, at late hours of the night banging and knocking on my door, after opening it once and feeling extremely uncomfortable and asking him to leave which he did not want to, i didnt open the door again. its really unfortunate as the resort is lovely but the staff really ruined it for me. i was left feeling unsafe, anxious and on edge from day 2 of an 8 day stay. i wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all for females."

"The hotel is a new property, contemporary decorated. All areas are clean. The room was not clean at check in. There was a fine dust at the floor, also at the wooden separation board between the bed and the living area, the house keeping was going to clean it but I was very tired because I had some issues with the check in so I took the room after a long waiting time and I needed to sleep that's why I asked him to continue cleaning it the next day but he didn't unfortunately, otherwise, he was helpful. The A.c was too loud at night. They gave me a bed for the little baby, but it hadn't a mattres, we didn't use it as it was hard. Bathroom looks like not new, ceiling of the shower was with peeling paint. Food was excellent, with high quality and lot of varieties. Also drinks and beverage were as good as the food. Only a little comment about,Flies could be found on the main restaurant at the cheese bar, I don't know if they like the cold part of the buffet. Bars and cafes are well managed, everything is everywhere, you don't have to go far for a specific need. Even the night show was with a very good quality, dancers are professionals. G.M. Mr. Nader who was a very gentle man invited us to a vip party in the Lebanese restaurant, that was a good night, I enjoyed the food made by turkish top chief Sadat, a very serious man. Most of the staff were helpful, Lough to you and always welcoming you. Mr. Youssry is the man of the hotel, thanks to him our stay wil be unforgettable."

"This wasn’t my first stay at this resort, but this time I experienced some check‑in complications due to technical issues with my reservation—problems that were beyond the reception staff’s control and caused a delay. That said, the staff went above and beyond to make my family and me comfortable while we waited. They insisted on serving us lunch and light refreshments even before my reservation was officially confirmed. I want to especially acknowledge the professionalism and courtesy of the reception team, particularly an employee named Sayed, who took extraordinary steps to resolve an issue he couldn’t control. This resort consistently shows the value of investing in respectful, patient, and wonderful staff—people who can absorb any guest frustration caused by technical glitches beyond their reach. "Rooms were clean, staff was ok, we enjoyed the Spa. The hotel facilities are great. I loved having a scuba diving center in the resort. The beach is really good and there is a huge selection of swimming pools, including a small aqua park for adults too. We enjoyed the evening entertainment and the entertainment team was great and very engaging with the guests. The only thing that needs improvement is the food - maybe a bit more variety. I expected by the sea to have more choice of fresh fish and seafood. "
