Really cozy place, friendly and helpful staff (who also spoke good english) and good breakfast! Walking distance (15 minutes) from the trainstation.

Erneut haben wir die Pension gewählt. Ordentliche Lage und gemütliche Zimmer. Nettes Personal und die kürzlich Eröffnung des Restaurant inkl. Pizza Backens, sehr sehr lecker. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder.

Sauberes Zimmer mit kompaktem Bad

Nachdem wir im Hotel angerufen haben, bekamen wir am Tag zuvor den Code zum Schlüsselsafe, wodurch unsere Ankunft nach 20 Uhr kein Problem war. Das 3-Bett-Zimmer im 1. Stock war klimatisiert, hatte einen großen TV und genug Stauraum im Zimmer. Bett, Handtücher usw waren sauber. Der Balkon war groß genug, um dort sitzen zu können mit Blick auf ein Fußballfeld. Das sehr kompakte Bad war ebenso sauber und modern, leider hat bei jedem Licht an machen der Spiegel laute Töne von sich gegeben. Die Betten waren für uns zu weich, zu hoch und als kleinerer Mensch hat man Probleme dort hinein oder heraus zu kommen. Der Checkout lief ganz unproblematisch, die Damen von der Hausreinigung waren sehr freundlich. Die Hauseigene Beköstigung haben wir nicht in Anspruch genommen. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft definitiv weiter.

Das gebuchte Zimmer wird als "Luxus"bezeichnet. Der Blick aus dem Fenster geht auf einen Fußballplatz. An der Außenwand neben dem Fenster liefen 2 Lüfter für Klimaanlagen; unüberhörbar. Im Zimmer findet man keine Getränke und auch keine Gläser. Von den Lampen am Bett leuchtet nur eine. Im Bad gibt es Plastebecher, etwas größer als ein Schnapsglas. Die einzige Steckdose im Bad befindet sich in Deckenhöhe. Die Tür zum Bad klemmt und die Drückergarnitur ist wackelig. Der einzige "Luxus" ist der Preis für das Zimmer.

Conveniente y tranquilo.

Alojamiento tranquilo con un bosque justo al lado, habitación comoda pero la escalera un poco justa para subir con las maletas, bien situado cerca de la autobahn, bueno para descansar si haces rutas ha Hamburgo.

Bei Ankunft war kein Personal mehr da, welches bei der Problembewältigung des Stromausfalles hätte helfen können. Ein Anrufe führte zu einer KI welcher man die Probleme schildern konnte. Eine Änderung des Problems mit der immer wieder auslösenden Hauptsicherung hat dies jedoch nicht gebracht. Wir hatten dann Glück dass die Sicherung nach dem fünften oder sechsten Mal endlich den Strom im Zimmer zugelassen hat. Die Steckdosen am Bett haben leider auch nicht funktioniert. Das Personal wurde am nächsten Morgen darüber informiert und wollte sich dem ganzen annehmen. Alles in allem war das Zimmer sauber und die Betten in Ordnung.

Die Umleitung zur Unterkunft und die Anfahrt waren wegen Baustelle kompliziert. Die Pension war einfach, aber gut. Personal war nur zum Frühstück sichtbar. Sehr ruhig am Waldrand mit guten Parkmöglichkeiten. Für die Übernachtung unterwegs perfekt.
