The staff was great, the smell in the lobby had me wanting the scent for my home and the bed/pillows get an A+. I stayed here when it was under different ownership and had a very different experience which had me very nervous but I ended up delighted!

I returned my cabin keys when I checked out, but they never returned the key deposit hold on my credit card. When i called to follow up they played dumb and accused me of not returning my keys.
