「酒店位置离开中心城区比较远。酒店一楼是餐厅酒吧，二楼的房间深夜之前根本没法入睡。下午两点到酒店的时候，说所有房间都在打扫，要15点以后才能入住，让存下行李先出去玩，等17点回来比较累直接给了108房间钥匙。结果就没发现房间特别吵闹，20点晚餐时间到凌晨2点根本不能睡觉，这个酒店不适合来度假的人们。」

「Worst staff ever. So rude. The cuban woman was ghetto. Lucia at check in didn’t even greet us. No valet, we had to unload and park our own car after a 7 hour drive. We found a different hotel after the first night. The restaurant was also less than mediocre. I would not stay here again and would recommend others find somewhere else.’plenty of options 」

「There was no hot water on the shower, pretty noise, people were playing pool outside, there was a TV screen in the room but no local nor TV channels, it was just to connect to the cell phone. The kitchen facilities were good for a hostel. Parking is on the street 」

「We were waking up at 7:30 am with a terrible noise coming from the AC, they took like an hour to come to the room and stayed in our room fixing the problem like 1 1/2 hrs. We got into the room at 5:00 am and we were trying to have a good rest that we couldn’t because the annoying noise. We complained with front desk and nothing was done. 」
