「I am sad I only had a night here because I thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality from the front desk to the bar and restaurant staff. Accommodating, warm and friendly. I’ll definitely be booking to come next year.. or sooner.」

「This is a beautiful hotel and we had a wonderful time here. The one thing they do great here is the food! From the breakfast, to the BBQ lunch and even the buffet dinner. It’s all done to a high standard. The staff are super helpful, polite and professional. We stayed in one of the bungalows, which is a good location within the hotel. The only downside is the AC was very weak and the room didn’t cool down as much as I would’ve liked. You also hear the other residents next door quite a bit. But...

「This a lovely hotel in a stunning location. We enjoyed our stay but I think it could excel if it fixed a few issues: - found a solution to sun bed hogging which made it very hard to find spaces after 9am - replaced broken sun beds more readily - deployed more staff by the pool, too few to get a drink readily - bolstered the concierge team. We had to chase and chase for answers to queries (even ones made weeks before arrival) - fixed room fridges (they barely cooled anything)」
