「Great property - very spacious and clean rooms. Value for money. 」

「Stayed at the property for 3 days. Overall I would say it was positive experience. The room was clean but had a few mosquitos on first day but the staff took care of it the second day. The bathroom could have been better but for some reason the tile work makes it look worse. The breakfast was good and had lots of options but it became repetitive everyday. The morning menu was same everyday. The staff at restaurant was not trained well and we had to request multiple times for same item before...

「Rooms are clean. Hotel should ensure hot water as winter is setting in. We stayed in Room 109 where we could get only lukewarm water even after keeping the tap open for 5 minutes. 」

「Do not be misled by the pictures. The location and surroundings are unsafe, especially for women travelling alone. The rooms are poorly maintained, unhygienic, and there is hardly any staff support. Even at the reception, the attitude is unwelcoming, which sets the tone for the rest of the stay. This place is definitely not suitable for solo female travellers and can turn into a very uncomfortable experience. This hotel is right in front of the slum. No street lights very unsafe to walk around....
