Excellent hotel. Staff were great, clean and overall very nice. Only issue was that the rooms are not sound proofed. Could hear the next door couple and their intimate talks and more during the night.

Die Anlage ist extrem in die Jahre gekommen und schlecht gewartet. Am Strand vor dem Hotel haben wir eine benutze Spritze gefunden, am Pool lagen rostige Schrauben. Die Toiletten am Pool wurden den ganzen Tag nicht gereinigt. Mängel im Zimmer waren ebenfalls vorhanden.

I like the staff, especially Amanjeet and Mustafa from the reception. They are very helpful and make things easier and more smoothly. The area is very good; there are many coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The only thing I didn’t like was the bathroom. I will definitely stay again. جلست في الفندق ليلة، رائع، ومصطفى وأمانجيت من الاستقبال كانوا متعاونين جدا. تحيط بالفندق الكثير من المقاهي والمطاعم، فمكانه رائع. الشيء الوحيد الذي لم يعجبني هو حمام الغرفة. ولكن مع ذلك، يستحق الفندق أن أسكن فيه من جديد.

Hotel listened and acted

Stay started with a low key welcome at check in. Allergy arrangements that had been requested on booking where lost. However when I complained I got a phone call from the Manager Mr. Salim who was very helpful. He helped us move rooms and this made up for the earlier mistake. Mr Salim's willingness to call and help us made the stay much better. This showed an open ear to guest and a readiness to act on their feedback.
