Great for Deaf People who Can't Stand Charis

This property was presented as a hotel, which it wasn't. I thought this was like boutique hotel but it’s not at all. The bad thing about booking apartments here is that if something goes wrong, you cannot complain, get help, or be relocated. The main issue about this place is that it's right next to a bar. The apartment is on the first floor, so you share walls with that bar. The first night I woke up in cold sweats because I thought there was a group of strangers in the bedroom. I'm a light sleeper so I did not get much rest for more than a week (except Sunday when the bar was closed) - it was just too loud. If noise is not an issue for you, then be aware of some other issues with this place: == no chairs. if you plan to work at your computer at all, prepare to suffer through sitting on an uncomfortable bar stool. == no dining table. If having breakfast on a bar stool while staring at a wall is your thing - you will love this place. == no couch. Forget about comfortably sitting down to read a book or talk. == limited space for personal belongings. Not enough cabinet space to hang your clothes, no drawers, nothing in the entrance to hang your coat. == not clean. Microwave, oven, cluttery dirty. Some dust and hair. But: - nice design - fully equipped kitchen - great location - nice quality

Excellent location, good and responsive hosts, very clean and generally well-equipped modern unit with easy ground-floor access. Two problems: (1) No chairs. There are four barstools that are not comfortable for more than short periods, but literally no chairs of any kind. The "dining" area adjacent to the kitchen is narrow, but could still accommodate a couple of chairs and maybe a small table. (2) Thin walls, meaning noise from the adjacent unit. You can hear even normal conversation through the bedroom wall, and the people staying there the same week as me were up until all hours playing music and talking loudly. On the plus side, the unit faces the garden, not the street, so there's less noise from the window side (although still some if there is daytime work going on anywhere nearby).

Appartamento spazioso confortevole pulito a 5minuti dalla via principale e dal centro..nel complesso tutto perfetto e da consigliare...le persone che lo gestiscono sono sempre disponibili gentili e di grande supporto..se decidessi di tornare a Sofia uno dei motivi principali sarebbe proprio per loro...grazie

Allez y sans probleme !!!

Beau petit appartement à 3 mn a pieds du centre-ville où il y a une ambiance festive jusqu'à tard dans la nuit. monuments à 1/4 h Tout le confort, cuisine tres bien equipée, 2 tv, petite salle de bain fonctionnelle, tres propre, pas de bruit. Ne vous fiez pas à la façade de l'immeuble car cela serait une erreur.
