"We arrived on a mid morning flight and were able to check in straight away. The staff were lovely and very helpful. It is located near Marquis de Pombal square and metro, handy to get about Lisbon. The beds were very comfy and the room cleaned every day. It was too chilly to use the pool. The kitchen facilities were good and allowed us to make our own breakfast and snacks. "Great hotel. Clean room, helpful staff and good location, if a little further away from touristy old town. One thing to consider is that the parking is accessible only through a car elevator, which is quite snug. We drove a fiat 500 and it barely fit so if you drive into town, don’t bring an SUV. Other than that no complaints."
