"Excellent friendly and helpful staff. Great location just a couple blocks from the ski hill with easy access to rentals nearby. Heated pool was great after a long day out and about. Breakfast had reasonable options. Extremely convenient access to the area free shuttle service (just a block away) between Snowmass and Aspen downtown. Rooms were dated but very clean and well maintained. Will definitely stay here again if we go back to Aspen area again! Great value for the area!"

"The gym and pool were great. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The shuttle was great. During my stay, a very large ski club group arrived, and the restaurant on site had difficulty accommodating the rest of the guests in the hotel. That was very inconvenient. You couldn't order breakfast, had to wait for a table for dinner. It wasn't fun. the location is alright, but not the best"

"Loved my stay at TOV! The unit was super clean, staff was friendly and available at all times, and the view/location of it was perfect. Only con is that someone took our assigned parking spot and when I called about it, nothing was done. Therefore, me and my boyfriend had to jump around from spot to spot just to have somewhere to park, which was super inconvenient."

"I stayed here for 5 nights for a family wedding in Aspen. While cheaper than Aspen, if you are coming to visit Aspen, it’s worth spending the money for a better closer stay. It took 30min each way into Aspen. The property was very difficult to navigate when checking in. It’s a random assortment of villas, poorly labelled. It took me 1 hour from the time I got on site to check-in, find my room, and then get my luggage in. It was never said on the website, the room was up stairs and no elevator. So you are carrying your luggage and all children up the stairs. This was awful as I had a 3month old. As well, when I walked in, the room smelled and the room is old, and carpeted which felt dirty. The room was very old, and felt like an old cottage. Moreover, we asked in advance for a pack n play. I had confirmation from staff, it would be in the room, and nothing. So I had to get the staff at 10pm to find a pack n play for my tired infant. This was ridiculous and we were moments away from finding another place. I will not stay here again and not recommend this to anyone. "
